Covenant Bay promotes a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Each year Covenant Bay hosts a Fundraising Dinner. Money raised at this event will be used to construct a new dining hall and kitchen.
We’re excited to make this a FULL DAY event! Join us at noon for a Family Fun Whiffle Ball Tourney or come a bit later to take part in the BBQ Dinner, Service, Auctions and Campfire!

Gather your friends and sign up for this family fun Wiffle Ball tournament. You will need 3 to 5 players and a fundraising goal.
Team Registration deadline is Sunday, May 26, 2024.
The entry fee is $50 (includes BBQ Picnic tickets and t-shirts)
Most Donated* – Special BBQ Picnic seating with servers
Tournament Winner – A high five, bragging rights, and trophy.
*This will include all donations within the calendar year associated with the team. Both one-time donations and recurring monthly donations until December 31 will be included.
The tournament will run from 12-4pm. Please show up at least 10 minutes before your game so that each game will start on time.
The tournament will be a double elimination bracket. (Each team will get at least 2 games)
Covenant Bay subsidizes 50% of camper fees each year. Regular and consistent monthly donations allow us to budget with a great deal of certainty and plan our summer camps accordingly.
We have set a goal of 48 monthly donors by the end of 2024. That is double of what we had in 2023. Together we will make eternal impact on kids lives as they hear the gospel message this summer and respond to him!
Bringing your energetic kiddos? We’ll have a bouncy house ready for them to jump, jump, jump and let off some steam!
Feeling nostalgic? Gotta stock up on your camp swag? Need a little treat (you deserve it!)? The Camp Store will be open from 1:00pm – 5:30pm. Make some time to check out our new merch and grab a snack or two!
To celebrate Covenant Bay’s 95th Anniversary, we’ve prepared a STORY HUNT!
Wait, what’s a Story Hunt?
Similar to a treasure hunt, you’ll get a starting location with a QR code! Scan the code, learn a bit more about Covenant Bay’s history and get the clue to the next story!
We can’t wait to officially unveil this new activity and have you be the FIRST to try it at 2:00pm.
It’s not a celebration without some delicious food! Your ticket includes a BBQ dinner with all the fixins!
Seating will be outside at picnic tables and in the dining hall.
We want to celebrate everything God has done in and through Covenant Bay Bible Camp over the past 95 years and all that is to come!
Join us in the Big Tab for a celebration worship service with music and a short message.
This is where things get CRAZY! We’ll have some of our bigger items available for live bidding in our LIVE auction! You’ll have to be quick to get your hands on some of these goodies!
Come down to the campfire area at 8pm to join in a classic “Camp” activity – evening campfire! We’ll enjoy a little snack and have a chance to hear camp stories from throughout the years!
We’ll wrap up our campfire around 9pm.

We’re currently working on raising funding for our new dining hall. Over recent years, it has become more apparent that our dining hall needs to be upgraded in order to serve our camp programming as well as our greater community. Our lodge upgrade helped us add more accommodation and meeting space, but now we are limited by our aging dining hall.
