Executive Director Report

• 2011 had many challenges; God was faithful and did his work his way by his means. Praise God!
• The Jon Drebert has recruited a volunteer staff.

  • Still looking for a Property Manager.
• Anticipating continued growth in 2012 in camper numbers, donations, grants, and new programs.

Functional Program Plan

• Will move the winterizing of septic and fresh water systems upgrades to 2012 and 2013. This will allow for winter ministry to begin next season!
• Other winterizing of buildings to be completed over the next two years
• Pushed completion date of group housing building back 3 years.

• The constitution was presented at the 2012 AGM
• This new constitution will be voted on at the 2013 AGM

Resignation from Dennis Nelson

Dennis Nelson has resigned his role as the camp maintenance man. He has served in various roles as a director, board member, maintenance man since the beginning of the camp…. (ok, not quite but for a really long time!) Thanks Dennis we will miss your work and look forward to having you out as a camper!

We had an awesome time at Covenant Bay this weekend for our first annual Snow Daze! Here is a small slide show of our weekend together!

Covenant Bay's AGM is at 11am on Saturday, February 18, 2012. Lunch will be provided. We will be discussing and voting on some very important topics including, changes to our Functional Program Plan and constitutional changes. We will also be voting on new board members, budget and hearing reports from the director and board leadership. Hope you can make it!

This coming weekend is Snow Daze! We pray that God will transform the lives of Jr. and Sr. High Students this weekend. Pray, that we will all be aware of God's presence and that he will shape us into the people he is creating us to be! You can also pray for safety and pleasent wheather!

We will toboggan, play broom ball, do some red neck curling and of course will spend some time worshiping and learning!
