What To Expect
We are so excited for the upcoming camping season. Here are a few of the things you can expect from us. We will work hard at making you and your child feel safe and welcomed. We strive to create a space that is physically safe but also socially safe for campers to grow. Our staff are constantly with their assigned campers encouraging their cabins or teams to encourage one another. We do our best to set up our campers for success in games and activities which gives them confidence and allows them to enjoy and better experience future activities.

We have a lot of fun we play games like capture the flag and mission impossible, play nukum and or volleyball, build sand castles, go tubing wake boarding and water skiing. We make video skitts, do crafts, play drama games. We also have fun hiking, mountain biking, archery, canoeing and learning about nature.

How You Grow

We also have a lot of fun learning about God and growing closer to him. While we have chapel as a starting point we also have cabin times which are focused discussions within our cabin groups. Our staff are also praying for and intentionally asking the campers questions and having conversations in a common area that challenge and cause campers to grow closer to God. While our games and such may seem like they are just for fun often the craft, drama, game or other activity will cause them to grow while still maintaining the fun that they have come to expect with camp activities!

Where You Sleep

Campers will stay in either a cabin or a tent. The tents are 14x16ft and are roughly 8fit high in the center. They are canvas with a good fly so no water can get in. These tents are put on large decks so that the floor is always dry and can be swept clean.  Each tent has enough cots for all campers and staff so that everyone is up off the floor. Their are some remote washrooms near the tents and we are continueing to develop this area as an adventure education space! It is a good idea to send an extra blanket for your camper if they choose to sleep in a tent. Some campers like to have a back pack with them so they can pack what they might want or need during the day so they are not bothered getting them prior to swimming or chapel. During Registration you can choose a tent or cabin.

Day Camp Option

We have a day camp that runs from July 18 to August 19. For more details find the day camp link under summer camps.

In addiotion to our day camp for ages 4-10 we offer "just days" option for all of our camps. We understand that their many reasons why some individuals simply can not join us for night. We still want you to feel welcome to come and be with us for the days. This option is great for nervous first time campers or those who have health reasons. Regardless of the reason know that this is a great option for kids to still enjoy a Christian camp experience.

In the case ofemergencies, such as sickness or family emergency, written submission must be given to the camp director or registrar.
