To fulfill the mission/vision of CBBC, the CBBC Board together with Architect Croy D. Yee developed the CBBC Functional Program Plan (FPP). It was presented to the 2010 Annual General Meeting and was adopted. It supports CBBC’s Strategic Plan to be a year round facility and is the blueprint for program and property development over the next 15 years. The Functional Program Plan includes the proposed program plans for the next 15 years, the assessment of CBBC's current facilities, and the detailing of current and future space requirements. The plan provides three property development options with the suggested preferred option, associated cost estimates and phasing plan. This plan will serve as the foundational document for CBBC's program and property development over the next 15 years. CBBC Functional Program Plan
