• Replace Dining Hall and Kitchen with a 2-story building containing dining hall and kitchen on the main level, and meeting rooms on the lower level; connect to Group Housing constructed in Phase I.
• Re-purpose existing Dining hall/Kitchen for summer program use (arts/crafts, canteen, infirmary).
• Remove or re-purpose Girls cabins.
• Provide an Administration building including offices, and support functions such as laundry, storage, registration area, lobby.
• Re-locate vehicle parking area for use of camp guests.
