• Construct Gymnasium for year-round camp and community use complete with a fitness centre and washrooms accessible from the exterior, to replace existing Gym/Storage building.
• Develop courtyard and complete outdoor landscaping.
• Re-locate or improve RV area.
• Re-purpose the Gym/Storage/Large Chapel structure for use as a heated workshop and storage area.
