The Summer Operations Support is a paid, strategic, and highly organized role designed to serve as an operational backstop and process monitor. This individual leverages their strong organizational and detail-oriented skills to complement the Manager’s strengths, ensuring the administrative and logistical execution of all camp programs, processes, and the volunteer lifecycle. This role requires strong independent judgment and the ability to proactively keep senior summer staff informed and on track.

The Summer Operations Support will be on-site for all assigned programming. Room and board will be provided.
The Summer Operations Support will receive 4 days of staff training. This training will include facility orientation, policy and procedure training, camper check-in and registration, team-building activities, and compensation review. We will also highlight workplace health and safety practices.
