The Youth Engagement Worker is a multi-dimensional role designed for individuals aged 18–25 who are seeking to discern God’s calling while gaining hands-on experience in ministry and community service. This position operates on a “Power of Thirds” model, splitting time between local church youth ministry, community-based youth initiatives, and intensive leadership development.
As an employee of Covenant Bay Bible Camp, you will serve as a bridge-builder—connecting the local church to the community and helping young people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
Duration: 6-10 months
Interns will be working within a variety of locations and settings, including Covenant Bay, churches, schools, and other community facilities. Interns will be provided via local community billets.
