Family Camp at Covenant Bay

Gather your loved ones (friends or family) for a weekend of fun, faith, friends and family at Covenant Bay Bible Camp! Our Family Camp offers a unique blend of activities and experiences designed to strengthen bonds and create lasting memories.

MEET OUR SPEAKER
Rob Chartrand
Rob Chartrand serves as Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator for Christian Ministry at Briercrest, where he mentors and shapes young men and women for kingdom ministry. Rob has been blessed with 30 years of marriage to his wife Karen, and together they’re proud parents to two daughters, Elisa and Bailey, and their husbands. Recently, Rob and Karen welcomed two new grandsons, Tilian and Thomas, into their growing family. As he speaks to families at Family Camp, Rob’s hope is that we will be transformed to be the people of God, called by God, into his redemptive mission in the world.
Activities
We are pleased to offer a wide variety of activities for you and your family to participate in. In past years there has been fishing, football, kids games, ultimate frisbee, mountain biking, and water skiing, to name a few. There are plenty of places to rest, in a hammock by the beach or on a walking trail. We encourage you to take advantage of worship times, which are a great way to learn and grow.

Accommodations
Lodge Semi-Private
With 1 queen bed, 1 bunk and a shared washroom (with the dorm next door) you can stay comfortably with your small fam in the main lodge.
Lodge Dorm Room
Want a bigger space? Our dorm-style rooms accommodate larger families with a queen bed and 4 bunks! You’ll be using the shared washrooms located within the lodge – just down the hall!
Lodge - Barrier Free
For those wanting accessible options, we have a couple rooms in our lodge that offer wider hallways, barrier free washroom facilities and are located on our main floor.
Outdoor Cabin
Want to have your own space? Our Outdoor Cabins have plenty of room to spread out and are your own mini-home for the weekend! You’ll be able to use our washhouse (separate building) and get the camp experience!
RV/Tent Spots
Want to bring your own “home” for the weekend? We have RV spots and tent sites for you to set up your space just how you like it.
Tent Cabin
Get outdoorsy! Your family can spent the weekend in our tent cabins on the other side of the field. You’ll be able to experience a more traditional “camping” experience while still having a nice roof over your head and a clean outhouse nearby. The washhouse is just a quick walk away!

Payment & Deposit Info
Registration is not complete until payment in full is made and all registration forms are completed by a parent or legal guardian. Failure to pay in full prior to the early registration date will result in a late registration fee.
Payment of a deposit fee will secure your registration until the fee due date (June 18, 2026). Deposit Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
The remainder of camp fees over and above the deposit fee is fully refundable up to the Camp Fees Due Date (June 18, 2026).
After the Camp Fees Due Date, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
At the discretion of the Camp Directors or Registrar, exceptions may be made to allow for a 50% refund in the case of medical or family emergencies. Written requests must be made in these situations.
