MEET OUR SPEAKER

Ben Lien

Ben Lien serves as the worship and tech ministry director at NewLife Community Church in Lloydminster, SK, where he actively engages with young adult ministry. His roots in Ryley, AB, and close connection with his family ground his authentic approach to ministry. As he leads Elevate Camp, Ben is passionate about helping teens deepen their understanding of faith and discover new ways to share their relationship with Jesus with those around them. His experience in both worship leadership and youth ministry creates an engaging environment for young people to grow spiritually.

Experiences

We will dive deep into the Bible over the 3 days, asking ourselves the hard questions and having quality time with leaders while we do it. The Elevate Intensive is for youth who desire to grow in their faith and involvement at camp.

CANTEEN

Campers are given the opportunity to get two snack items from the canteen each afternoon.  Snacks include ice cream treats, freezies, chocolate bars, pop, and some smaller candies. This cost is rolled into registration fees, and therefore, your child will not need any extra money for the canteen.

Our store will also be open each weekday for the purchase of camp clothing & other fun swag!

Allergies / Medical

We collect allergy and medical information during registration. Our cooks are able to accommodate nearly all dietary and allergy needs. If we are unable to provide adequate meals on all occasions, we will work directly with you to find a solution! All medications are collected at registration and will be administered by our designated staff person. We have lots of fun, and sometimes accidents happen. If your child is injured or needs medical attention, we will attempt to notify you before taking them to an appropriate hospital or medi-center. All ambulance expenses will be paid by the parent or guardian of the camper.
