5:30 pm - Doors Open (Silent Auction Begins)

During this time, you can find a table, visit with friends, check out the auction items and begin bidding on the silent auction items.

6:00 pm - Meal Begins

Catering this year is Huckleberry Cafe!

6oz slow-roasted New York certified Angus Striploin
24-hour veal bone jus
Seasoned roasted potatoes with Cajun honey sour cream
Papa Paul’s bunkhouse baked beans

6:30 pm - Program

This year, Renae Drebert, who will be serving as our worship leader, will lead us in a few songs.

Jon Drebert will offer a few words of challenge and encouragement about reaching young people in a broken world.

7:10 pm - Live Auction

This is where things get CRAZY! We’ll have some of our bigger items available for live bidding in our LIVE auction! You’ll have to be quick to get your hands on some of these goodies!

THE DINING HALL PROJECT

We’re currently working on raising funding for our new dining hall. Over recent years, it has become more apparent that our dining hall needs to be upgraded in order to serve our camp programming as well as our greater community. Our lodge upgrade helped us add more accommodation and meeting space, but now we are limited by our aging dining hall.
