Join us for an unforgettable evening at our annual Fundraising Dinner on June 6! Enjoy a night of fellowship and a delicious meal catered by Huckleberry’s Cafe.

All proceeds from this year’s event go directly toward building our new Dining Hall and Kitchen. This facility is the key to increasing our capacity and sharing the Gospel with more youth than ever before.

Get ready for our live and silent auctions, plus our brand-new online auction, making it easy to bid from afar or near on a select few items and support the cause.

Executive Director Jon Drebert will share a special update on the future of Covenant Bay and how this new building will transform lives for generations to come.

Double your impact! Thanks to a group of generous donors, every dollar raised will be matched up to $100,000. Your $50 gift becomes $100; your $500 becomes $1,000.

THE DINING HALL PROJECT

We’re currently working on raising funding for our new dining hall. Over recent years, it has become more apparent that our dining hall needs to be upgraded in order to serve our camp programming as well as our greater community. Our lodge upgrade helped us add more accommodation and meeting space, but now we are limited by our aging dining hall.

Matching Challenge

On June 6, 2026, every dollar donated will be matched up to $100,000. 

$100,000 x 2 = $200,000

During this time, you can find a table, visit with friends, check out the auction items and begin bidding on the silent auction items.

Music & Worship

Renae Drebert will join us to lead a time of worship and song. It is always a highlight of the evening to lift our voices together as a community, centring our hearts on the mission that brings us all together.

A Message for the Future

Executive Director Jon Drebert will share an update on the vision for Covenant Bay. He will discuss how the new Dining Hall is more than just a building—it is a vital tool for ministry that will allow us to reach more young people for generations to come.

The $100,000 Matching Challenge

Your support goes twice as far this year! Thanks to a group of generous donors, every dollar raised during the event will be matched up to $100,000. This is a powerful opportunity to double your impact as we work together to build a foundation of hope for our campers.

This is where things get CRAZY! We’ll have some of our bigger items available for live bidding in our LIVE auction! You’ll have to be quick to get your hands on some of these goodies!

The silent auction will end slightly earlier, for our volunteers to document the details of each winning bid. After this is complete, winning bidders will collect their sheet(s) and total the amount owed.

Payments: Collect the items you won and complete your donation payments.

Popcorn: As you wait, celebrate with some popcorn and conversation, and watch the total vs goal on the screen.
