Join us for a week of fun, adventure, activities, and gain memories that will last a lifetime!

Your adventure awaits!

Experiences

Ever wonder how things work? What a Non-Newtonian liquid is? Perhaps the best way to launch an egg across a field?

Have we got the activity for you! Mad Science explores all things curious! Each day an experiment is performed! From creating Giant Bubbles to floating in cardboard boats and everything in between, we take science seriously and fun even more seriously!

Action Sports is for the adrenaline-driven individual! Mountain biking, wall climbing, and Ultimate Frisbee are all possibilities in this activity! Created for the competitive team player who loves to stretch their sports skills!

If braided bracelets are your jam, or painting, art, or photography, this is where you belong! (at least for a part of your day!)

Test your survival skills by building fires, shelters, canoeing, and more! Learn how to navigate using a compass and maps or find food in the “wild” This activity time is for the natural camper, the outdoorsy, and the wilderness enthusiast!

Calling all explorers! In this activity, you will learn to shoot a bow and arrow, climb a wall, and get back into a canoe after capsizing! A good mix of several of our other activities! Adventure has a bit of everything! For those who love the experience of trying something new!

Schedule

Twice a day we gather for a time of worship. Our speakers bring the Biblical truths to life through stories, games, and engagement with the campers.

We continually aim to create opportunities to speak openly with our campers. Meaning during meals, walks to the next activity, or cabin or group time we are intentional about asking the campers about their life and journey with God.

We recognize that common experiences, fun, and honesty, create lifelong, vibrant relationships.

We approach this in a variety of different ways.

  • Large and small group activities
  • High energy Fun!
  • Intentional times of mentorship and conversation
  • Worship and Biblical Teaching
  • Activities that foster growth

CANTEEN

Campers are given the opportunity to get two snack items from the canteen each afternoon.  Snacks include ice cream treats, freezies, chocolate bars, pop, and some smaller candies. This cost is rolled into registration fees, and therefore, your child will not need any extra money for the canteen.

Our store will also be open each weekday for the purchase of camp clothing & other fun swag!

Allergies / Medical

We collect allergy and medical information during registration. Our cooks are able to accommodate nearly all dietary and allergy needs. If we are unable to provide adequate meals on all occasions, we will work directly with you to find a solution! All medications are collected at registration and will be administered by our designated staff person. We have lots of fun, and sometimes accidents happen. If your child is injured or needs medical attention, we will attempt to notify you before taking them to an appropriate hospital or medi-center. All ambulance expenses will be paid by the parent or guardian of the camper.

Payment & Deposit Info

Registration is not complete until payment in full is made and all registration forms are completed by a parent or legal guardian. Failure to pay in full prior to the early registration date will result in a late registration fee.

Payment of a deposit fee will secure your registration until the fee due date (June 21, 2024). Deposit Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

The remainder of camp fees over and above the deposit fee is fully refundable up to the Camp Fees Due Date (June 21, 2024).

After the Camp Fees Due Date, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

At the discretion of the Camp Directors or Registrar, exceptions may be made to allow for a 50% refund in the case of medical or family emergencies. Written requests must be made in these situations.

Our fee structure has recently changed! We want to offer families the option to choose the amount they pay for camp based on what they are able to contribute. Families are able to cover 100%, 75%, 50%, or 25% of camp fees and the rest of the expenses will be covered by donations.
